The South Bethlehem Historical Society is pleased to announce that its Annual Ethnic Christmas Tree exhibit will now be on display in the Visitor Center at SteelStacks. There are 16 different ethnic trees on display.


This year marks the 28th anniversary of this holiday tradition. German immigrants brought the Christmas tree to American in the 1800s. Today, American holiday celebrations include many traditions, especially those brought by ethnic groups to South Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Regular Hours are Sunday to Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Thursday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. During Christkindlmarkt, there are extended hours: Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The Center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
