The Wescoe Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis is proud to host the “Celebration of Pennsylvania’s Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) Research and Awareness Week” in honor of Senator Pat Browne championing our efforts to support patients and their families living with a rare lung disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Senate Resolution No. 183 delegating the week of September 8-14 as “Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Research and Awareness Week” will be presented to all attendees to celebrate this important week. There will be leading pulmonologists from the Lehigh Valley who will educate the public about IPF as well as the importance of raising awareness for early diagnosis. Patients and their families living with pulmonary fibrosis and the public are all invited to learn more about this disease. Refreshments will be served.
