[July 19, 2024, LEHIGH VALLEY, PA] – Bloom for Women, an organization dedicated to providing sanctuary and a continuum of care to heal, empower and employ women survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, announced the launch of its new “All Things Bloom” podcast. This monthly podcast airing in August will serve as a beacon of hope, shedding light on the pressing issue of human trafficking and inspiring action towards meaningful change.

In addition to real conversations about trafficking, the podcast will share survivors’ stories, discuss different aspects of the recovery path for trafficking survivors, talk about working and volunteering at Bloom, and so much more. The podcast will have guest speakers that will join the Bloom team to share their expertise. The first episode will be “Changing the Narrative – What Trafficking and Exploitation Look Like in the Lehigh Valley”.

“Trafficking and exploitation are growing in the Lehigh Valley and it is critical for us to open up the conversation, raise awareness and empower our community to change the tides of this horrific crime,” said Sheniqua Mitchell, Director of Community Outreach at Bloom for Women. “Our ‘All Things Bloom’ podcast will help us amplify our impact and help create a world where exploitation is no longer tolerated.”

Podcast sponsorships are available for those individuals or organizations that would like to align themselves with a cause that truly matters, reaching a dedicated audience eager to support initiatives that make a difference. Sponsorships not only support the production of the podcast, but also contribute to the fight against modern-day slavery.
