Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA, June 12, 2024- ArtsQuest is excited to announce its new partnership with Vet Tix, an organization that supports troops by honoring their service and providing tickets to events which may help to reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. Thanks to Vet Tix and our sponsors D.G. Yuengling & Sons and Bazella Works, all branches of currently serving military and veterans, as well as immediate family of those killed in action, will be eligible to receive free tickets for a variety of ArtsQuest events.

Military heroes or their families can sign up online at vettix.org and verify their service through Vet Tix. Once verified, VetTixers can request tickets, (pay a small delivery fee to secure tickets) and then select the programming they wish to attend. So far, 194 military members and their families have attended 18 ArtsQuest events, including SteelStacks Improve Comedy Festival, Christkindlmarkt, Marina Franklin, Winter Winefest, Tracy Morgan and more.

“Vet Tix is an amazing organization,” says Curt Mosel, ArtsQuest Chief Operating Officer. “ArtsQuest is excited to be able to donate tickets to support military members and their families who have served and sacrificed so much. We are thankful to our sponsors, D.G. Yuengling & Sons and Bazella Works, who have also stepped up to support Vet Tix.”

Donated tickets for future ArtsQuest programming include Musikfest, Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas, Musikfest Café Shows and more.

Since 2008, Vet Tix has secured over 20 million tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts and educational and family activities nationwide to honor troops and provide positive family and life experiences that support service members’ transitions back into their families and communities. Vet Tix also provides tickets to currently serving and retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, nurses and 911 Dispatchers through 1st Tix.
