The nonprofit has elevated Elisa Tukeva to senior manager, business operations.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (May 28, 2024)—LINC, a nonprofit organization committed to fostering welcoming and inclusive workplaces and communities, announced Elisa Tukeva’s promotion to senior manager, business operations.

“Since joining LINC’s team in 2022, Elisa has brought a wealth of expertise to her position, having demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication,” said LINC’s President Katelyn Mack. “Her commitment to excellence is evident in her proactive approach to assisting staff and ensuring the business is operating smoothly.”

In her new role, Tukeva oversees LINC’s business operations, including human resources, finance, and program administration, to achieve strategic goals. She manages staff utilization of Salesforce, vendor contracts, exit interviews, and financial reporting, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating giving contributions.

Tukeva started at LINC in September 2022 as a business operations manager, bringing with her a wide range of administrative skills cultivated in the education and human services industries. Before joining LINC, she worked at U.S. Healthcare Services for over a decade as a cyber specialist.

Tukeva earned her bachelor’s degree in biobehavioral health from Penn State University. A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, she is an active member of her church community, where she volunteers for the children’s ministry. In addition to spending time with her husband and two school-aged children, Tukeva enjoys watching sports of all kinds, including both of her children’s soccer matches. She is an avid Penn State and Boston Bruins fan.
