Plastic in our environment is the theme in May at Nurture Nature Center in Easton. Insidious Plastic, an art exhibit by 27 artists in four different galleries, explores the impact of plastic on our environment. The show will remain through June 30.
The Science on a Sphere will focus on the plastic theme too.
Science on a Sphere: Plastic, plastic Everywhere
Saturday, May 4, 1 pm
Plastic seems to be ubiquitous – wrapped around the products we buy and the food we eat, on the side of the road and in our waterways. What is the toll of all this plastic and what can we do to lessen the impact? This program dives into the impact of plastic on our environment and how plastic ends up in the middle of the ocean. After the show, visit the art exhibit, Insidious Plastics.
Science on a Sphere, Spotlight on 3D printing
