HELLERTOWN, Pennsylvania  –  Aubrey Hendricks, a real estate agent who specializes in residential home sales, luxury, and investment properties, has joined House & Land Real Estate.

A graduate of Kutztown University, Hendricks earned her real estate license in 2004 and her associate broker license in 2009. Hendricks had been an agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) Fox & Roach Realtors’ Allentown office for 20 years where she sold more than 675 homes and has been a top producing agent since 2006.

“I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter in my real estate career with House & Land,” Hendricks said. “Although it was a tough decision to make this move, I find the values, ethics, and business practices at House & Land are perfectly aligned with my own, and I am eager to continue to serve my amazing clients with whom I’ve become friends over the years from this brokerage.”

Broker/Co-owner Justin Kline said that Hendricks brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the family-first real estate firm. Kline is certain she will continue to build lifelong/meaningful relationships with clients in today’s “ever-changing” real estate market. “We are proud to have her at House & Land Real Estate,” Kline said.

Hendricks served as a director of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors (LVAR) board from 2009-2014, secretary for LVAR in 2012, on the government affairs committee 2010-11, and on the grievance committee in 2013 and 2017.

Hendricks started The Aubrey Hendricks Team at BHHS Fox and Roach Realtors in 2013. She specializes in Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Bucks and Montgomery counties as well as the East Penn and Parkland school districts.

Hendricks is one of eight licensed agents at House & Land Real Estate at 812 Main Street in Hellertown, which provides residential and commercial services to the Greater Lehigh Valley, Bucks County, and surrounding areas.
