LOCAL PLAN MODIFICATION FOR PROGRAM YEARS 2021-2024

ACCEPTING PUBLIC COMMENTS THROUGH JULY 20, 2023

The Lehigh Valley Workforce Investment Board, Inc., doing business as Workforce Board Lehigh Valley, in partnership with the Chief Elected Officials of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, is seeking public comments on its Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan Modification for Program Years 2021-2024. The Local Plan Modification is consistent with guidelines issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

The Local Plan Modification is posted on the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley website for comments on June 21, 2023 and will remain available for the 30-day comment period through July 20, 2023. The effective date for the Local Plan Modification will be July 1, 2023.

Public comments should be emailed to Nancy Dischinat, Executive Director, at ndischinat@workforcelv.org within the 30-day public comment period of June 21, 2023 through July 20, 2023 with the subject line WBLV LOCAL PLAN MODIFICATION COMMENTS.
