Value-based Primary Care Leader Advances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in Pennsylvania

June 6, 2023 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Bethlehem center at 1336 Catasauqua Rd in Bethlehem. This is the 12^th center for Oak Street Health in the state of Pennsylvania, joining centers in Philadelphia, Wyncote and Reading.
