Guests invited to attend The Seven Deadly Sins Wine Dinner on May 18
Bethlehem, PA (May 12, 2023) – For the first time in more than four years, Historic Hotel Bethlehem is hosting a Wine Dinner. “Prior to the pandemic, our Wine Dinners were popular community events. We are thrilled to announce they are back,” said Kelly Ronalds, Director of Room Sales and Guest Experience at Historic Hotel Bethlehem.
The theme for the first wine dinner since February 2019 is, “The Seven Deadly Sins.” Ronalds said, “Our incredibly innovative culinary team wanted to kick off the return of wine dinners with a creative and fun theme. From the fried oyster appetizer through the pistachio cake dessert, guests will savor a decadent experience.”
Guests will enjoy a luxurious five course meal on Thursday, May 18 at 6pm. Wine expert Steve DiDonato selected a wine to perfectly pair with each course. The prix fixe dining experience is $75 per person, including tax and gratuity. For reservations call 610-625-2226.

Fried appetizer fried oyster, corn meal, lemon chive creme

Duck confit habanero broth (soup) pickled onion

Third course: Vanity/Lust salad Duet

Braised Short Rib, Sweet potato puree crispy slaw
