Bethlehem, Feb. 10, 2023 – ArtsQuest is pleased to announce the second annual Sláinte Fiddle Competition taking place Saturday, March 18, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. The competition will include two categories: 13 years of age and under and 14 to 18 years of age. Fiddlers will have up to six minutes each to play tunes of their choosing from Celtic origins and may bring another musician to provide accompaniment.
Prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st place – $100; 2nd place – $50; 3rd Place – $25. Registration is $19 and includes one (1) Saturday pass to the Sláinte festival.
