Allentown, PA, March 4, 2022 – Turning Point of Lehigh Valley will host their second annual Virtual Spring Auction during the first full week of March. The auction will be completely online and is scheduled to open on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and close on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.
The auction’s theme, which is also part of their yearlong theme to address the myths and stereotypes surrounding domestic and intimate partner abuse, “Unmasking Domestic and Intimate Partner Abuse,” is intended to break the silence about what domestic abuse is, to whom it happens, and how we can support those who are experiencing it.
As Turning Point’s signature event of the year, the auction helps to raise funds for its life-saving services that benefit thousands of survivors every year. Last year, the auction brought in over $23,000 for its life- saving services. Thanks to the generosity of numerous community partners and local businesses, the auction features over 100 items including themed baskets, gift cards and certificates, as well as unique finds and handmade art. Turning Point is thankful for the support it received from countless sponsors, including its Presenting Sponsors, Highmark Wholecare and TierPoint.
