The annual fundraiser will return to DeSales University.
BETHLEHEM, PA (February 16, 2022) – Mercy School For Special Learning will hold its 32nd Annual Mercy Dream Gala in person at DeSales University on March 6, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m. This year’s master of ceremonies will be Laurie Hackett of Air Products. Funds raised during the event’s live appeal will support the Mercy Wellness Works program – a student-focused healthy eating and lifestyle initiative.
“We’re blessed to celebrate and highlight the accomplishments of both our students and faculty with the entire Mercy family this year,” stated Beth Grys, principal of Mercy School For Special Learning. “We are grateful for the endless support as we continue to offer the best possible educational experience for our students through the pandemic and beyond.”
The evening will feature plenty of fellowship, great food and drink, and an unforgettable performance by Mercy’s Magical Movement Dancers. This year’s Angel of Mercy award recipients are DeSales University Vice President for Campus Environment, Marc Albanese, Sr., and corporate attorney at B.Braun Medical, Inc., Marc Albanese, Jr. The two former board members are being recognized because of their commitment to the school over the years and the impact their work has made on the lives of our students and families. Live and silent auctions round out the event with exclusive prizes, including tickets to the 42nd U.S. Senior Open Championship.
Mercy thanks the following for their support of this year’s Gala: Air Products, the Straccia, Matt & Leiberman Families, The Topper Foundation, the Finnegan Family, and the Capobianco Family Foundation.
Tickets for the gala can be purchased online for $135.00 each. Registration is required by February 20th.
