BETHLEHEM, PENNSYLVANIA, November 23, 2021 – Colliers is pleased to announce the Stefko Boulevard Shopping Center of Bethlehem, PA, located near the intersection of Stefko Boulevard and Easton Avenue, has filled two longstanding vacancies and is excited to welcome two new retailers to the center.

B Positive is a state-of-the-art blood plasma collection site where donors are financially compensated for providing samples used in the creation of life-saving medical therapies. The clinic will occupy 3,200 square feet. This is Burrito, a new restaurant, will occupy 2,000 square feet. Both anticipate 2022 opening dates.

Stefko Boulevard Shopping Center sits in a dense retail corridor and is also home to Valley Farm Market, PLCB Fine Wine and Good Spirits store, Little CALI pizza, Dollar Tree, H&R Block and T-Mobile.  The property owner, Regency Centers,  was represented by Scott Horner of Colliers.
