Mike Adams of NAI Summit Represents Unique Furniture in Long Term Lease in Quakertown, PA
NAI Summit’s Mike Adams recently represented the tenant, Unique Furniture, in the long term lease for 31,250 SF warehouse space at 2525 Milford Square Pike in Quakertown, PA. Unique Furniture is an international furniture company, based out of Kolding, Denmark, with an US office located at Raritan, NJ and a DC strategically located in San Bernardino, CA. This will be their first location in the Lehigh Valley and in Pennsylvania.
Unique Furniture specializes is in designing, producing and distributing furniture to a wide array of international retailers all over the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. They have additional branches in China, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

Mike Adams of NAI Summit working along with an NAI affiliate recently represented the tenant, Liquidity Services, in the long term lease transaction for 62,214 SF industrial space located at 130-150 Independence Drive, Pittstown Township, PA.
