Mike Adams and Jenn Kennedy of NAI Summit recently represented both the lessor and the new tenant, Mission Autism, in the multi-year lease transaction at 1991 Northampton Street in Easton, PA. The 13,216 SF office space included a complete office set-up with cubicles, computers, and phones. Situated in an excellent location with a variety of area amenities and easy access to all Easton exits and Route 22. Mission Autism has three additional locations in Pennsylvania and this will be their first in the Lehigh Valley. Mission Autism provides high-quality autism therapy for kids. Their inviting, state-of-the-art facilities give kids with autism everything they need to learn and have fun.

Jenn Kennedy of NAI Summit recently represented the tenant, The Taste Smokers, LLC, in the long term lease transaction acquiring their first brick and mortar location in the Lehigh Valley located at 318 E. Third Street in Bethlehem, PA. The over 2000 SF retail space will be used as a fast-casual restaurant location providing an upgraded street-food culinary experience all made with love by Pit Master Quartez Moore. The Taste Smokers officially opened its mobile pit in October of  2018. They  are operated out of Bethlehem, PA and got their start by being an official food vendor for many of the local Lehigh Valley breweries. They have also participated in numerous festivals including Brews, Blues and Barbecue and the Pickle Me Pocono Food Festival.
