Mike Adams of NAI Summit assists Yergey Brewing in the Purchase of their New Location

NAI Summit’s Mike Adams recently represented the buyer, Yergey Brewing, in the sale of their new location at 235 Main Street in Emmaus, PA. Yergey Brewing was previously leasing space in Emmaus, but due to growth needs and popularity they needed to expand their venue. The 4,753 SF commercial/retail building is centrally located in downtown Emmaus and offers ample off-street parking and visibility. This location was previously a BB&T bank branch which the buyer plans perform extensive interior renovations. Yergey Brewing is a nano-brewery and taproom, producing and serving artisan beers to the Lehigh Valley.

Mike Adams of NAI Summit Sells Commercial Fuel Station & Negotiates Expansion for Romik

NAI Summit’s Mike Adams recently represented the owner WS Reichenbach in the sale of 1781 Airport Rd Allentown PA a commercial fueling station. The buyer, McDade Realty LLC, currently owns and operates over 100 gas stations throughout the United States. The location is at a lighted intersection just south of Route 22 and adjacent to BJs Wholesale. The site offers excellent visibility directly on Airport Road, minutes to Route 22 and Lehigh Valley International.

In another transaction Mike Adams represented both owner and tenant, Romik, in long term lease to double their industrial space at 22 South Commerce Way in Bethlehem, PA.
