Bethlehem, Pa. – January 4 – Beginning on January 6, PBS39 will airLet’s Learn Lehigh Valley – an educational series that will supplement at-home and blended learning for ages three to eight. The program will air every Wednesday, at 9 a.m.
Each program in the 130 episode series is 60 minutes long and will include four to five segments in literacy, math, science and social studies. The shows will also be captioned in spanish. In addition, a collection of Let’s Learn resources will be posted on PBS LearningMediawhere each topic is broken out so teachers, caregivers and students can check out the resources by subject.
“It’s so crucial that we continue to support continuity in education and equitable learning opportunities,” said Cate Reifsnyder, Director of Education.
In addition to the base curriculum, the program will also include virtual field trips so children can see dance performances, meet animals, visit botanical gardens and more.
