NAI Summit was recently selected as the exclusive Property Management and leasing team for the 166,937 SF retail center on 23+ acres in Bethlehem, PA. Anchored by Giant, Petco, and The Maxx Fitness Club, Easton Commons the property is 94% leased and has twelve tenants at this location. The retail center has three suites available for lease ranging from 1,750 up to 4,500 SF, and a 1+ acre pad site. Future development may provide an opportunity for up to 30,000 SF of additional space. NAI Summit’s brokerage team provides an established network, ample experience and resources that assure maximum visibility for the available space. The property was sold to a private real estate holding company in January of 2020. The new owners are planning extensive renovations and upgrades to the shopping center which will begin in the near future. The update will include a new façade, fresh paint colors on exterior and roof, stone work to the columns, upgraded lighting and other detailed accents.
The assignment also involves property management services including maintenance services available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day for any needs the property may have.
